Torch-on Felt

Requiring skilled professional installation, high-performance felt is applied over three layers (vented, underlay, cap sheet) and completed to a textured mineral finish.

Available in various colours; most commonly charcoal, but also green, blue, red, or brown are popular.

EPDM

Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer is a modern bonded rubber membrane, with a smooth finish.

A distinct advantage with EPDM is that it can usually be applied as single sheet, bonded directly to the roof boards, providing a highly weather resistant seal.

Owing to its recycled rubber material and low energy manufacture, EPDM is environmentally friendly. Most commonly black, other colours are available, and it can even be painted.
