These guys were great, travelled 50 miles plus to quote and fixed my roof there and then in a howling gale and pouring rain. I would definitely recommend East Devon Roofing and have them back to do anymore work.  Their quote was quick, detailed with photos and clear costs and advice.  The roofer was punctual when he came to repair and finish my flat roof, explained to me what he was doing and took photos of the roof when he finished, friendly and professional.  He was respectful, tidy and polite at all times......
